Two different HEX ezCANs – the HEX ezCAN Daytona and HEX ezCAN Laconia – have been developed for a selection of controller area network (CAN-bus)-equipped Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

The HEX ezCAN Daytona and HEX ezCAN Laconia made for Harley-Davidson motorcycles always use three-pin Sumitomo MT connectors (below).
The Sumitomo MT connectors are assembled from the following components:
